Tips and tricks for Beocat users
Beocat has a number of tools to make your work easier, some which you may not know about. This is a simple list of these programs and some basic usage scenarios.
nmon
The name is short for "Nigel's Monitor", it's a program written by Nigel Griffiths from IBM. Link to IBM's wiki page for nmon

htop
A prettier, easier to use top.
screen
A sort of terminal multiplexer, allows you to run many terminal programs at once without mixing them up. Also allows you to disconnect and reconnect sessions. http://gentoo-wiki.com/TIP_Using_screen
Ganglia
